Debjit D. Chaudhuri is an investor, entrepreneur and the CEO of ValueWerk, based in Frankfurt. In 1999, with the support of the Frankfurt Economic Development Agency, Debjit founded the German branch of Infosys, one of the largest IT companies worldwide.
He was managing director at Infosys until 2010 and built a team of over 1,500 consultants with a customer base from leading German companies, which he advised at the board level.In 2010 he co-founded the sustainability platform Elpis. Since 2013 he has been running a family office for well-known global investors, managing investments in Germany in start-ups, medium-sized businesses and real estate.
As a member of the Rotarians, he organizes social projects. In January 2017, he was awarded the Paul Harris Fellowship by Rotary International for his commitment. In November 2017, he was appointed as a “Business Ambassador” by the City of Frankfurt.
He has a university degree in physics and an MBA.
